From 2nd to 5th April 2011 inclusive, “Pasta Trend” will take place at the Bologna fair, the second great showroom dedicated to pasta and its world.

Pasta, sauces, dressings and food combinations, a whole world revolving around pasta.
For the first time ever, and without intermediaries, producers of pasta, raw materials and state-of-the-art technology will meet each other and meet consumers in an unprecedented event.
